Khalis
Khalis
In the mid 80’s Khalis left Glasgow depressed and possibly on his way to being an alcoholic. He was looking to find happiness out there in the big wide horizon. Travelling the world, he arrived in California and bumped into the world of Osho and meditation.

‘The answer wasn’t out there, it was in there.’

The ever-evolving discovery of the simple process of sitting and focusing on breathing brought him a sense of wonder, calm and empowerment. He didn’t need alcohol, money or women to feel valued.

Looking inside at all his supposed imperfections and mind f*cks he found a long and winding road towards acceptance.
He has been meditating (also active meditations involving moving his body and using his voice) for over 30 years and he still gets stressed and anxious, BUT through meditation techniques he has the tools that help navigate his life in a healthy way. Meditation is the foundation on which he is built and he likes to share this passion with other people.

Kimaya
Kimaya
After a difficult few years feeling depressed and low about life, Kimaya wondered: ‘Is this it for me?’.
She started a 3-year yoga teacher training which was the beginning of her long transformative journey. She felt called to explore different kinds of meditation and personal growth trainings and started to shed all the layers which were holding her back to live life fully.
It was a path of focus and determination, discovering a deepening through a variety of experiences such as: Osho Active Meditations, Vippassana, Mystic Rose, Darkness Retreat, Social Meditations and Who’s In, to name a few.

In 2015, after a 5-day Vision Quest, Kimaya entered a space of deep silence for a few months and, although daily life started to take over again, the stillness never left and is felt in her every day presence.

‘In the presence of silence, the gifts unfold’

Kimaya guides and supports people on the path of self-discovery in a holistic, body-based, and grounded way. Her meditations are profound in many ways.

“I have done lots of various meditations in my life and a couple of times with Kimaya. It seems like meditations led by her take me to another realm.

There’s something more happening, I can’t explain. I get deeper and move into bliss, peace, stillness and gratitude.

When I knew she’s running a weekend workshop together with Khalis. It was a no brainer, I just have to join.

Khalis’s jokes and Kimaya’s calm energy and presence is a recipe for succes. Can’t wait!”

hanyckaHanycka, participant Leela Life Training

“Kimaya is an amazing woman who holds space and people in a deep and profound way. She helped me to release a lifetime of pent up emotions and I begin to move in a new life direction. Provided me with keys to explore my vulnerability, start releasing long held emotions and find my joy through dancing and active meditation.

A no nonsense facilitator who knows how to reach deep within a person and flick switches. Thoroughly recommend this facilitator.”

Cliff Walker, Scotland
“Khalis’s explanation of the Dynamic Meditation was very simple, clear and helpful for everybody.”
Anterdeep, Bollywood Dancer
“Kimaya is the person I trust and is actually “the real deal”. She gave me faith again when I lost trust in the spiritual world and all the healers that couldn’t save my partners life.
I am so happy to have regained faith and hope through her energy and love. She helped me see there really is more to life than just what is tangible again.
I am not always able to reach that place of healing, peace or bliss or a sense of finding my inner or other world in meditation or workshops. However I am guaranteed that each and every one of Kimaya’s workshops will take me there…wherever there might be.
I have a total trust in her. She is living meditation, as she embodies all that it is. Her very being is peace and bliss and you can feel and see the beauty and peace within her.
I truly believe she holds within her something beautiful ethereal, spiritual and a kind of knowing and connection to a healing source that she seems to channel through her.
Thank you for the space you give me to reconnect with myself and for the peace you’ve given me from my chaotic world and busy mind.”
Beverly Strachan, Wales

“Khalis always does amazing meditation courses.”

Victoria, school teacher

“Before the meditation, Khalis gave a short explanation of how we are addicted to the mind. It was helpful for me to understand what is meditation.”
