Autumn Equinox Retreat

For Women

HARVEST – RELEASE – NESTLE

Through connection to nature, community and inner wisdom

Thursday 21st – Sunday 24th September

Join us to celebrate the Autumn Equinox, when day and night balance at equal length before tipping into the darker, more feminine half of the year.

In the company of a circle of women, this is a potent time to take stock of the active summer months, to slow down, and to connect inwards as we start to gradually transition towards the winter

Leaves

We’ll be exploring the cycles of nature and the wisdom of our own rhythms through practices of; movement, rest, ritual, workshops, journaling, dance, nature, silence, sharing circles, and space to just be as you are.

We’ll take a look at the themes and archetypes of this time together, and see how these play out in our lives. There will be options available, and you’ll be invited to participate as feels right for you.

HARVEST

An opportunity to reflect on and give thanks to the more masculine, solar half of the year. What experiences can I harvest before the winter? A chance to acknowledge and integrate the blessings and gifts, challenges and lessons of the year so far.

RELEASE

As the leaves start to change colour and drop, what do we need to shed and let go of during autumn? This is an opportunity to compost anything we don’t need or want to carry with us into winter.

NESTLE

As we look towards the darker ‘yin’ months, this is a chance to orient towards how we can create cocoons to hold us through the magic of winter. What do we need to gather before the hibernation? What will help keep us cosy and warm in our hearts?

What to expect:

– Daily morning practice of nature walking, yoga, movement and journaling

– Breakfast in silence to start the day connecting with the senses

– Nature-based rituals

– Chances for self-expression and using your voice
