After our sold-out Ecstatic Dance Festival® in July, we are very excited to announce another Ecstatic Dance retreat in Autumn 2024!
A retreat devoted to Ecstatic Dance, Embodiment, and a Down-to-Earth Spirituality. It’s Ecstatic Dance plus much, much more!!
The Autumn retreat will be more of a personal growth retreat than a festival. It is simply an invitation into bringing more fun, joy, depth, and expansion into our lives through a variety of transformational workshops.
Make the most of the beautiful Autumn time of year and enjoy all that comes with it.
What to expect?
- Beautiful indoor dance and workshop spaces with great sound systems! (weather permitting, we will also run workshops outdoors, surrounded by nature, spring flowers and ancient oak trees)
- A variety of Transformational Embodiment, Wellbeing, Movement and Ecstatic Dance workshops (Active Meditations, Breathwork, Bioenergetics, Intimacy, Conscious Touch, Hugging, Singing, Cacao Ceremonies, Sound Journeys, Authentic Movement, Ecstatic Dance and much more!)
- Additional musical performances & workshops with guest facilitators and DJ’s
- Saunas & Campfires in the evenings
