This is a weekend for letting go of anything that has been holding you back, so that you can step into greater love, deeper intimacy and heartfelt joy!
You will dive into supportive, trauma-informed therapeutic practices to help you release negative conditioning and limiting self-beliefs – freeing yourself to feel more inspired, creative and happy in your life.
You’ll learn tools and techniques to support you to manage anxiety, improve the quality of your sleep, and live a more balanced and harmonious life.
Through shaking, healing and emotional release, you will be guided to experience greater clarity, focus and productivity.
You will come away from this weekend workshop with practices to help you increase your self-awareness and feel more fully present in your body.
Letting go of fear with Sanjula
Sanjula is a healer and a spiritual teacher who has trained in many different schools of thought. She herself is passionate about living from the heart and letting love be her guide. She welcomes you to join her on this weekend, whether you are specifically working with fear, you are ready to deepen your self-awareness by moving energy through your body, or you just want to have a deeply healing experience.
