Frequently Asked Questions
Check-in time is given in your Joining Instructions email. This is usually sent out approx. 30 days before the start of the event, or when your booking is received if less than 30 days before the event. For most weekend events, arrival/check-in is between 4pm and 7pm.
Where this is an option, the payment section of the registration form will show a tick box for you to select. You will be shown all details of your deposit and balance payment arrangement on the form before paying. We will send you a payment reminder with a link to pay your balance at the stated time. There is no surcharge for this.
It is possible to book to stay overnight after most groups until 11am the following morning for a very reasonable rate, and where available, will be an option on the registration form. If you wish to stay longer to assist with travel plans, you can book R & R (in a dorm or a private room, depending on your accommodation for the event) for 24 hours. Please contact the Booking Office on 01747 821221 to enquire about availability and book it in. We are not usually able to accommodate people for longer than 24 hours before or after an event due to other events.
For most events, there will be a selection in the booking process for dorm accommodation, campervan (BYO) or private accommodation, according to availability. If you wish to add private accommodation to a booking you have already made, please call the Booking Office on 01747 821221 during office hours.
If you lose something whilst you’re here for an event and cannot find it in the Lost Property, please complete a lost property form in the Booking Office. If you find you have left something behind after you leave, please EMAIL (not phone) the details of your item, where and when you lost it, and your contact info. If your property is found we will contact you to arrange its return/collection.
For most events, the early bird price applies until 21 days before the event starts. Very occasionally an event that we are hosting will have a different deadline, which will be clearly stated in the event description.
