We have designed the Leela Thrive Experience to support you to enhance these aspects of self and guide you through a profound journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and embodying what it means to be human.

BE Pro Group

Every emotion fully felt is bliss, grounded in the belief that every emotion fully expressed opens the door to your totality. From this place of emotional wellbeing, true thriving is possible.

Embark on a Journey of Self-Discovery and Inner Transformation

The experience focuses on key themes such as Personal Growth, Emotional health, and behavioural change. Over the course of six transformative days, you will begin to increase your self-awareness, learn how to be in touch with your deepest emotions, and start understanding the underlying patterns that shape your behaviours. From expressing unfelt or suppressed feelings of anger, pain, fear, love, and joy, to developing the art of clear communication and authentic relating, the experience equips you with the tools necessary for personal empowerment and emotional freedom.

During the experience, you will:

  • Learn how to love yourself more and find tools to support your own journey of acceptance of who you are and how you feel.
  • Recognise and work on your behavioural patterns and conditioning.
  • Learn the art of expressing your feelings effectively and constructively in the social life of a community.
  • Develop clearer communication and begin to create authentic relationships, including being honest, having healthy boundaries, and practising sharing your needs.
  • Connect with your body, and integrate daily practices for self-care and restoration.

Why is it important to work with emotions?

Many of us have not had guidance around how to feel or how to relate to our feelings, so we often repress what we feel without even realising. This might look like depression, isolation, relationships not working, not feeling fulfilled and life begins to look dull – The more we start to take take steps toward knowing what different feelings feel like, we start to know ourselves better, and from there we can build the toolkit we need to navigate life more healthily.

Thrive is a permission slip to feel, so your feelings can teach you what you need and how to respond to life in a healthy way.

Love is the biggest healer, and we are a community practising to be more loving and kind, to ourselves, and to each other.

The Gifts

One of the gifts of being in a group within a community is having many opportunities to be activated by other people, which might sound daunting, but can help you to recognise your own feelings, and to practise how to deal with those feelings in a healthy way, which at Osho Leela community is meditation and learning to communicate with each other in a loving way.

So often people avoid groups because they are afraid to be activated into their feelings, so never truly experience what is going on inside. This can mean that relating to others becomes difficult and relationships stop working.

Together we Thrive

We know that Self-Discovery and Inner Transformation can feel overwhelming, so care is at the heart of the program.

The Thrive Program will be steered by Sanjula who is a director living at Osho Leela and has a wealth of experience and skills working with people. Sanjula has curated a wonderful team of skilled facilitators who she will also be guiding and supporting to ensure the best care is given to the group.

Sanjula will be listening to the needs of the group and responding to what is emerging in the space, including an awareness of when we need more expressive moments, and when there is a need for relaxation, movement, time in nature, silence, sound healing or a sauna.

There will also be a lot of space to share, as sharing our struggles and triumphs also teaches us that we are not alone, and it makes it easier for us to expose our vulnerability, which can be as simple as not being able to ask for love.

5 reasons why stepping into a group container is transformational

1. Awareness – Interacting with others will naturally challenge old beliefs, fears or patterns you hold in relation to what you think about yourself or how you behave. Highlighting these aspects will support you to gain clarity on your next steps to reclaiming your power and creating positive change.

2. Support – Being in a group provides a network of support. You’re all together in the process so naturally bonds form that provide support in moments of challenge and triumph. Having a cheerleading squad, comfort and care, from like-minded people of a similar journey can support those moments when we most need it.

3. Accountability – Being part of a group who holds a similar vision can also mean you hold each other to account with the changes you want to make in your life, supporting your commitment and will-power!

4. Sharing – Being seen, heard and witnessed by others in your experience can be healing. We feel less alone in the change, we connect with our hearts and we find our voice.

5. Celebration – When we make positive changes for ourselves, it’s important to make a point of acknowledging it and celebrating our hard work so it may continue beyond the container.
