This workshop offers a gentle yet potent introduction to The Forbidden Path, a series of workshops for women. It stands as the invitation before any deeper initiation takes place. During this weekend, we focus on laying the foundations that support the work ahead, preparing the nervous system, the body, and the psyche with care and intention.
You will be guided through grounding practices, emotional safety, connection, and embodied exploration. This weekend offers a first sense of what it means to walk a path many women have stepped away from through fear or conditioning, a path that reconnects truth, sensuality, intuition, and belonging.
Together, we attune to the body, build sisterhood, and learn integration tools that support life beyond the workshop space. We explore the symbolic return to the “Garden”, as the woman who listens to her own knowing and who can meet what was once forbidden with curiosity and choice.
This weekend stands complete in itself and also serves as preparation for the year-long journey that follows. It offers space to feel resourced, connected, and steady, and to sense whether continuing along The Forbidden Path feels aligned for you.
Over the course of the weekend, the work unfolds slowly and intentionally. Each element supports the body and nervous system while inviting honest self-contact and connection with others.
We will:
- – Establish nervous system safety and grounding
- – Explore the Forbidden Path through gentle embodiment
- – Build connection and relational trust
- – Introduce integration tools for between workshops
- – Practice staying embodied outside the workshop space
- – Map what has been “forbidden” in your body and lineage
- – Create the beginnings of personal and group rituals
- – Sense whether this deeper path is calling you

Meet the Invitation Team:
Meet Sanjula:
Sanjula is a deeply experienced facilitator trained over many years at Humaniversity under the guidance of Veeresh. She specialises in working with women, supporting emotional expression, empowerment, and deep healing. Her work is grounded in Shamanic deep healing bodywork and extensive experience facilitating and assisting primal groups. Sanjula runs Empowerment for Women workshops at Leela and brings a grounded, heart-led presence shaped by her own healing journey, particularly in the art of forgiveness within family relationships.
Meet Tarisha:
Tarisha is a Singing Medicine woman and a keeper of the land at Leela.
Songs and prayers come naturally through her, connecting us to the Divine, to the light inside..to the light worldwide..
She is an inspiring musician and poet with a visible creative fire that inspires and uplifts those around her.
Meet Fiona:
Fiona is a Body Wisdom Coach & Therapeutic Touch Practitioner. Fiona supports people to reconnect with their inner wisdom through body-based awareness and nervous system regulation
Drawing from years of experience in somatic coaching and her own personal journey of healing, she creates gentle, grounded spaces where transformation happens through presence, empathy, and embodied connection.
Her work is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember the body as home.

Some women come for the weekend and leave nourished and complete. Others feel the call to continue.

The Forbidden Path journey is for women who are ready to reclaim the power, pleasure, intuition and embodied truth that have been buried under centuries of silencing.
This journey is elemental, ritualised, emotionally honest and mythically rooted in the feminine mysteries: Earth (Initiation), Water (Emotion), Fire (Desire), Air (Voice) and Ether (Wisdom & Gift).
Whilst walking this path you will be primed, held and guided into deeper layers of your body, psyche and soul.
The journey includes nervous system care, emotional expression, erotic innocence, ancestral unwinding, shadow work, embodiment, womb healing practices, sisterhood circles, and sacred encounters with the parts of you you were taught to hide… the sensual woman, the intuitive woman, the angry woman, the radiant woman, the wise elder, the gifted healer.
You will receive integration tools, assignments between workshops, support before and after each workshop, offering women’s sharing circles and juicy sessions keeping the theme and connection. The journey calls in women who are ready to walk the path all the way: through the underworld, through the garden, through their lineage, through their rage, through their pleasure, and into their fullness.

This invitation offers time to arrive, listen, and feel what wants to unfold. There is no expectation to know the whole path yet. Only to meet the place where you are, supported and in connection.
