This weekend is an immersive, uplifting journey into presence, clarity and embodied confidence. We combine grounded tools with lightness, humour and genuine human connection so the process feels both transformative and enjoyable.

Khalis
KhalisBody-Centred Facilitator & Boundaries Mentor
Khalis brings clarity, humour and a steady grounded presence. He guides participants into deeper embodiment through simple movement, practical boundary work and relational exercises that build trust and self-awareness. His teaching style is earthy, direct and supportive, making inner work feel accessible, real and alive.

In the mid 80’s Khalis left Glasgow depressed and possibly on his way to being an alcoholic. He was looking to find happiness out there in the big wide horizon. Travelling the world, he arrived in California and bumped into the world of Osho and meditation.

‘The answer wasn’t out there, it was in there.’

The ever-evolving discovery of the simple process of sitting and focusing on breathing brought him a sense of wonder, calm and empowerment. He didn’t need alcohol, money or women to feel valued.

Looking inside at all his supposed imperfections and mind f*cks he found a long and winding road towards acceptance.

He has been meditating (also active meditations involving moving his body and using his voice) for over 30 years and he still gets stressed and anxious, BUT through meditation techniques he has the tools that help navigate his life in a healthy way. Meditation is the foundation on which he is built and he likes to share this passion with other people.

Kimaya
KimayaEmbody & Energy Guide
Kimaya blends grounded movement, breathwork and intuitive channeling to support people in reconnecting with their natural presence. She reads the group field with sensitivity and brings in gentle yet powerful transmissions that help participants realign with their authentic frequency. Her approach is warm, playful and deeply embodied, creating a space where people feel safe to explore, soften and open.

Kimaya is a space holder, guide, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in energy work, meditation, and embodied transformation. Her journey began with Reiki and yoga, but a deeper call led her into emotional and energetic exploration through many practices such as Osho Active Meditations, Vipassana, Bodywork, Mystic Rose, darkness retreats.

Her path hasn’t been linear. it’s been lived, felt, and fiercely chosen. From years of self-inquiry and silence to moments of raw emotional release and deep embodiment, Kimaya has walked the terrain she now supports others to move through.

In 2015, a five-day Vision Quest brought her into a prolonged period of silence that changed the rhythm of her life, and continued to shape her presence and the spaces she holds.

Kimaya’s approach is holistic, intuitive, and grounded in the body. She offers space to move, breathe, feel, release, and invites people to come home to themselves, with honesty, humour, and the courage to meet what’s real.
