Khalis shares about his meditation experience

‘In my experience meditation is not the idealised hours of sitting in blissful nirvana but is the one, two, or three seconds during the day when you stop, take a deep breath, and bring your attention back to the present moment – (When you wash your hands, when you make a cup of coffee, when you’re waiting for the elevator) – instead of indulging in thinking, these are all opportunities for being there as a still, alert presence.’ ~Khalis

Khalis has been sharing his passion for meditation for over 10 years. His way of teaching is inspiring and fun.

‘The meditation took me to a place no other meditation has taken me to. I associate this to the process we went through the length of daily meditation and variety of techniques used.

I am now in a different place to where I was when I arrived and I have clarity and the skills to return to peace quickly.’

Kimaya shares about emotions and meditation…

‘Our emotions can play an important role in how we think and behave in daily life.

They can control us in such a way that we feel imprisoned by our own behaviours and patterns and we keep looping in circles and don’t know how to create change.

An easy way to break these patterns is changing your state, the energy, by bringing in movement, breath and sound.

Active meditations can be of immense support to bring this change. Bringing the movement and focusing on the sensations and feelings rather than getting caught up in the story. For me this was a fascinating and life changing journey.

How do you manage your energy (emotions) ?

  • Are you giving your energy away?
  • Is it stuck?
  • Are you able to receive?
  • And are you ready to let go? (not everybody is and that’s okay as well)

Active meditations are a super powerful tool to move into the energy and express in the moment with movement, breath and sound. The energy starts to move and the change happens, it’s the very nature of our being.

And as a result you feel more energised, empowered, creative and centered. ‘ ~ Kimaya

Kimaya is an energy channeler and will share her wisdom and tools this weekend to deeply ground into the silence of your BEing.

Why might this weekend be for you?

It’s intense times we are living in. For everybody this shows in a different way.

If you feel you could benefit of re-evaluating life and you have the desire for change, but you don’t know how and where to begin.

Or you simply long for some time to re-connect, be yourself and in connection with others.

A moment to evaluate life:
What excites you?
What gives you energy?
And….what is holding you back?

Meditation is a tool to clear the body and mind, to grow awareness and create change.

This weekend also involves social meditation. A playfull and nourishing way to connect with yourself and others.

A nourishing weekend with simple tools to apply in daily life!

Meet other people, meet yourself, meet silence…

On this weekend workshop you will experience:

  • Active meditations
  • Gentle Emotional Release
  • Somatic Movement
  • Resourcing Techniques
  • Sharing Circle
  • Silence

Khalis
Khalis
In the mid 80’s Khalis left Glasgow depressed and possibly on his way to being an alcoholic. He was looking to find happiness out there in the big wide horizon. Travelling the world, he arrived in California and bumped into the world of Osho and meditation.

‘The answer wasn’t out there, it was in there.’

The ever-evolving discovery of the simple process of sitting and focusing on breathing brought him a sense of wonder, calm and empowerment. He didn’t need alcohol, money or women to feel valued.

Looking inside at all his supposed imperfections and mind f*cks he found a long and winding road towards acceptance.
He has been meditating (also active meditations involving moving his body and using his voice) for over 30 years and he still gets stressed and anxious, BUT through meditation techniques he has the tools that help navigate his life in a healthy way. Meditation is the foundation on which he is built and he likes to share this passion with other people.

Kimaya
Kimaya
Kimaya started her deep transformative journey about 25 years ago. She already was a Reiki practitioner back then, but something was missing. She started a yoga teacher training exploring the energies moving in the physical body and felt called to explore more around emotions. Being a workshop junky moving from one training to the next, she felt more freedom in her body and started to receive a higher guidance.

It was a path of focus and determination and brought her to: Osho Active Meditations, Vippassana, Mystic Rose, Darkness Retreat, Social Meditations, Emotional Body Work, Emotional Freedom Technique, NLP, Who’s In, to name a few.

In 2015, after a 5-day Vision Quest, Kimaya entered a space of deep silence for a few months and, although daily life started to take over again, the stillness never left and is felt in her every day presence.

‘In the presence of silence, the gifts unfold’

Kimaya guides and supports people on the path of self-discovery in a holistic, body-based, and grounded way. Her meditations are profound in many ways.

Don’t miss this chance to rejuvenate your spirit and tap into your inner stillness

‘The meditation took me to a place no other meditation has take me to.  I associate this to the process we went through the length of daily meditation and variety of techniques used.

I am now  in a different place to where I was when I arrived and exactly where I hoped to be.

I have clarity, peace and skills to return to peace quickly as soon as a challenge that disrupts the peace present.
I’m hopeful this effect of this immersion into meditation  workshop willnot dissipate and be forgotten as it feels like it’s been fully integrated and is a part of me now, as you made it so simple and easy to use in everyday life.
Thank you both for these peaceful moments for your skills and knowledge and dedication to your sharing of these  to support others.’
Beverly Strachan, Wales

‘The weekend was awesome and truly inspiring for me. Kimaya and Khalis made it all the more special.

Osho Leela is my new spiritual home.
Thank you again for everything.
I wish you an abundance of peace, love and happiness.’

“I have done lots of various meditations in my life and a couple of times with Kimaya. It seems like meditations led by her take me to another realm.

There’s something more happening, I can’t explain. I get deeper and move into bliss, peace, stillness and gratitude.

When I knew she’s running a weekend workshop together with Khalis. It was a no brainer, I just have to join.

Khalis’s jokes and Kimaya’s calm energy and presence is a recipe for succes. Can’t wait!”

Hanycka, participant Leela Life Training

“Kimaya is an amazing woman who holds space and people in a deep and profound way. She helped me to release a lifetime of pent up emotions and I begin to move in a new life direction. Provided me with keys to explore my vulnerability, start releasing long held emotions and find my joy through dancing and active meditation.

A no nonsense facilitator who knows how to reach deep within a person and flick switches. Thoroughly recommend this facilitator.”

Cliff Walker, Scotland
“Khalis’s explanation of the Dynamic Meditation was very simple, clear and helpful for everybody.”
Anterdeep, Bollywood Dancer

“Khalis always does amazing meditation courses.”

Victoria, school teacher

“Before the meditation, Khalis gave a short explanation of how we are addicted to the mind. It was helpful for me to understand what is meditation.”
