Khalis shares about his meditation experience
‘In my experience meditation is not the idealised hours of sitting in blissful nirvana but is the one, two or three seconds during the day when you stop, take a deep breath and bring your attention back to the present moment – (When you wash your hands, when you make a cup of coffee, when you’re waiting for the elevator – instead of indulging in thinking, these are all opportunities for being there as a still, alert presence.’ ~Khalis
Khalis has been sharing his passion for meditation for over 10 years. His way of teaching is inspiring and fun.
‘The meditation took me to a place no other meditation has taken me to. I associate this to the process we went through the length of daily meditation and variety of techniques used.
I am now in a different place to where I was when I arrived and I have clarity and the skills to return to peace quickly.’

Kimaya shares about energy management and meditation…
‘Our emotions can play an important role in how we think and behave in daily life.
This can control us in such a way that we feel imprisoned by our own behaviours and patterns and we keep looping in circles.
To break these patterns, we need to start moving the energy. Active meditations can support us immensely to grow awareness and to bring the energy into motion.
Personally I also experienced how much of my energy went into the story. Living it over and over again and wasting A LOT of my energy (and time). I needed to learn to detach from the story and move from the story into the sensations of the body and just be present with whatever is there. This was a great teaching in how I can manage my energy.
How do you manage your energy?
- Are you giving your energy away?
- Is it stuck?
- Are you able to receive?
- And are you ready to let go of the story? (not everybody is and that’s okay as well)
Active meditations are a super powerful tool to move into the energy and express in the moment with movement, breath and sound. The energy starts to move and the change happens, it’s the very nature of our being.‘ ~ Kimaya
Kimaya is an energy channeler and will share her wisdom and tools this weekend to deeply ground into the silence of your BEing.
Why might this weekend be for you?
The beginning of the new year is always a good moment to re-evaluate life and start to create change, but how often do we drop those new habits, simply because we don’t have the determination and perseverance to keep going.
A moment to evaluate life:
What excites you?
What gives you energy?
And….what is holding you back?
Meditation is a tool to clear the body and mind and … awareness grows and … new patterns can be built.
New patterns of how you think and feel and you create a new reality.
This weekend might give you the structure and tools to keep moving forward and give you a bigger chance to succeed.
On this weekend workshop you will experience:
- Active meditations
- Gentle Emotional Release
- Somatic Movement
- Resourcing Techniques
- Sharing Circle
- Silence

‘The meditation took me to a place no other meditation has take me to. I associate this to the process we went through the length of daily meditation and variety of techniques used.I am now in a different place to where I was when I arrived and exactly where I hoped to be.
I have clarity, peace and skills to return to peace quickly as soon as a challenge that disrupts the peace present.I’m hopeful this effect of this immersion into meditation workshop willnot dissipate and be forgotten as it feels like it’s been fully integrated and is a part of me now, as you made it so simple and easy to use in everyday life.Thank you both for these peaceful moments for your skills and knowledge and dedication to your sharing of these to support others.’

“I have done lots of various meditations in my life and a couple of times with Kimaya. It seems like meditations led by her take me to another realm.
There’s something more happening, I can’t explain. I get deeper and move into bliss, peace, stillness and gratitude.
When I knew she’s running a weekend workshop together with Khalis. It was a no brainer, I just have to join.
Khalis’s jokes and Kimaya’s calm energy and presence is a recipe for succes. Can’t wait!”
“Kimaya is an amazing woman who holds space and people in a deep and profound way. She helped me to release a lifetime of pent up emotions and I begin to move in a new life direction. Provided me with keys to explore my vulnerability, start releasing long held emotions and find my joy through dancing and active meditation.
A no nonsense facilitator who knows how to reach deep within a person and flick switches. Thoroughly recommend this facilitator.”
“Khalis’s explanation of the Dynamic Meditation was very simple, clear and helpful for everybody.”
“Khalis always does amazing meditation courses.”
“Before the meditation, Khalis gave a short explanation of how we are addicted to the mind. It was helpful for me to understand what is meditation.”
