Osho Meditation Retreat

Meditate – Celebrate

July 8th – 10th 2022

The Osho Meditation retreat is an Osho meditation camp.

There will be sessions after breakfast in the mornings. There is not a specific technique, you will be working with the breath and meditation under the guidance of Swami Chaitanya Keerti who will be responding to the needs of the group.

“Everything is simple – reality is simple. It seems complex only because of ignorance; otherwise everything is simple. Once you know it, it becomes simple. The knowing is bound to be difficult not because of reality, remember, but because of your mind.” Osho

The Osho Meditation Retreat also includes Osho meditations such as Dynamic and Kundalini as well as the prayer meditation. There will also be some interactive sharing ( question-answer ) sessions.

Osho Meditation Retreat with Swami Chaitanya Keerti

What’s the retreat about?

This weekend will start with a concert of Indian music by Chinmaya Dunster and friends.

There will be OSHO meditations, sharings and sessions of Tantra Prana, which involves breath work.

“Breath is the bridge between matter and no-matter, between the form and the formless. And much depends on the breath, how you breathe, what the quality of your Prana is. It is through breathing that you will enter into the innermost core of your existence. Hence in Yoga, in Tantra, in Tao — in all these three great systems and sciences of human consciousness and the expansion of human consciousness —breathing is one of the key phenomena.” Osho

In The Book of the Secrets Osho talks about 112 techniques of meditation; this includes approaches based on seeing and listening, light and sound, but initially he talks about breath as a bridge to meditation. For those who want to understand more about this, then the first few chapters would be of help. The Book of Secrets by Osho is available from Amazon as a hard copy book or a kindle; it can also be read for free in the Osho Library section of www.osho.com
