Self-Empowerment is a module that is a part of the Myofascial Energetic Release professional training. In this module, you’ll focus on self-empowerment, addressing back, neck, pelvis, and breath issues.
Delve into mastering deep touch techniques, understanding fascial contraction’s impact on chronic pain, and exploring breath regulation, pelvic balance, and trauma release through Myofascial Unwinding. Refine your assessment techniques and body mechanics comprehension.
The holistic training integrates daily meditations, theory, and hands-on sessions, covering spine hinges, deep bodywork, stretches, and joint mobilization. Gain knowledge of structural anatomy and effective breath release techniques.
The curriculum includes eight points of deep bodywork and psycho-physical release methods, equipping you to conduct comprehensive sessions focused on addressing various pain areas.

This module employs a holistic approach to myofascial release, incorporating daily meditations, theoretical learning, practical demonstrations, and collaborative bodywork exchanges. You’ll focus on major spinal hinges such as Lumbar/Sacral, Diaphragm, Heart, Thoracic Inlet, Atlas/Occiput, and Pelvic areas to restore balance.
Anatomy and Pain Relief Techniques
Delve into the structural and functional anatomy of the back, neck, and pelvis, enhancing your intuition and skills in addressing underlying causes of pain. Emphasis is placed on empowering clients to advocate for themselves both physically and metaphorically. You’ll also master four effective breath release techniques to aid in this process.
Mastery of Deep Bodywork Techniques
Gain proficiency in eight sensitive and effective deep bodywork points, curated by Satyarthi Peloquin. Additionally, you will delve into the ‘8 point teaching’ for deep touch, enabling a holistic perception of physical and emotional holding patterns.

Welcome to Myofascial Energetic Release Training, the culmination of nearly 50 years of my life spent learning, practicing and teaching deep bodywork to over 10,000 students.
A journey which began when I was a professional dancer in San Francisco. The daily training was intense, and the physical demands took a huge toll on my body, leaving my muscles tight, sore, and aching. It was during this time that I discovered the profound relief and release that bodywork brought me from my rigorous training schedule.
My first exploration into the world of bodywork began by learning and practicing massage in 1970. This experience ignited my passion and by 1971 I had trained in postural integration and started giving regular sessions. It was becoming clear to me by this point that bodywork was my true calling and would become my life’s work.
The “Co-creation” of the ‘Rebalancing Bodywork Approach’
Drawing from the vast knowledge I had gained over many years of studying human anatomy and exploring diverse healing schools, modalities, and bodywork techniques, I co-created the renowned system of bodywork called Rebalancing. This integrates various approaches and has earned international recognition.
