Join us for an empowering journey in the Man Alive Workshop, a transformative men’s group co-led by Bart, Khalis, and Vic. This unique workshop is designed to delve deep into the essence of masculinity by exploring the balance between strength and vulnerability. We aim to dismantle the myths surrounding what it means to be a man, such as the outdated notion that men shouldn’t express emotions. Instead, we encourage participants to craft their own definition of what it is to be a man.

Our workshop will address the dynamics of competition, transforming it from a source of undermining into a wellspring of healthy rivalry and growth. Khalis will guide us through engaging activities to cultivate this positive spirit.

Facilitators
‘The answer wasn’t out there, it was in there.’
The ever-evolving discovery of the simple process of sitting and focusing on breathing brought him a sense of wonder, calm and empowerment. He didn’t need alcohol, money or women to feel valued.
Looking inside at all his supposed imperfections and mind f*cks he found a long and winding road towards acceptance.
He has been meditating (also active meditations involving moving his body and using his voice) for over 30 years and he still gets stressed and anxious, BUT through meditation techniques he has the tools that help navigate his life in a healthy way. Meditation is the foundation on which he is built and he likes to share this passion with other people.
Vic arrived on the land in 2023 with his beautiful dog August for a few weeks and ended up staying!
An outdoors man at heart he is passionate about all things nature, particularly fire and keeps the grounds looking loved and cared for year round.
A kind & gentle man he is also a community spirit contributing from his heart & love of Leela.

Start: February 21st 2025 @ 5:00 pm (arrive from 4pm, optional meditation at 5.50pm, dinner at 7pm, evening session starts at 8.15pm)
End: February 23rd 2025 @ 7:00 pm (dinner at 6pm is included)
