Man Alive
with Bart, Khalis & Vic
Friday 21 February – Sunday 23 February 2025
(this workshop is bookable as a stand-alone workshop)
Join us for an empowering journey in the Man Alive Workshop, a transformative men’s group co-led by Bart, Khalis, and Vic. This unique workshop is designed to delve deep into the essence of masculinity by exploring the balance between strength and vulnerability. We aim to dismantle the myths surrounding what it means to be a man, such as the outdated notion that men shouldn’t express emotions. Instead, we encourage participants to craft their own definition of what it is to be a man.

Man Alive!
In today’s challenging world, it’s vital to stand together as brothers, supporting one another. Our workshop will address the dynamics of competition, transforming it from a source of undermining into a wellspring of healthy rivalry and growth. Khalis will guide us through engaging activities to cultivate this positive spirit.
By participating in the Man Alive workshop you will learn to:
Empower yourself
Let go of negative conditioning and Self beliefs
Create authentic and honest friendships and Relationships
Learn to fully express your longings and desires
Accept that you are a beautiful and loveable person
Celebrate your life with friends
Who’s this for
This workshop is for any man who feels called to reconnect with his true self.
Whether you’re looking to break free from societal expectations, heal past wounds, or simply embrace a fuller, richer life.
