Osho Leela is delighted to announce that the Leela Life Training is OPEN for registration – the first workshop starts in October 2024!
The Leela Life Training is a 7-workshop program specifically designed and delivered over 7 months to support you in your personal growth and development.
This training will take you on a deep journey of self-discovery, and it will enable you to identify and make the inner and outer changes that you need in different areas of your life.
This powerful inner work will open a space for you to identify and explore your inner world, your unexpressed emotions, your patterns that keep you stuck, to then find your authenticity so you can start living and loving who YOU truly are!
The main elements of the training are to provide you a safe(r), loving and supportive environment to look into what is missing in your life, and what is holding you back from the life you want and deserve.
Quite often what stands in the way of having a fulfilling life is rooted in our cultural and family conditioning, in our unprocessed traumas which are ingrained in our belief system, and have created protective mechanisms which are still unconsciously driving our choices in life.
This training will give you the opportunity to explore your potential in all areas of your life, as a powerful and loving human being. This means learning to trust yourself, being seen and standing in your power, speaking your truth in difficult situations. Learning to set healthy boundaries in relationships and to celebrate your life in authentic connection with others.
Often, it is only when life gives us a shock, that we realise we need to change something. It can happen that we finally see that we are living in fear, or in an autopilot mode, being afraid to come out of our comfort zone.
Or it may also just be that you are at the point in your life that you are ready to go deeper inside, because you feel you Deserve More! In all these cases, the Leela Life Training will support you to make positive change happen in your life.

The Leela Life Training instead, is a truly alchemical process delivered over a period of 7 months. By connecting monthly with the other trainees, you become part of a tribe which supports each other and are together committed to transforming their lives.

‘The answer wasn’t out there, it was in there.’
The ever-evolving discovery of the simple process of sitting and focusing on breathing brought him a sense of wonder, calm and empowerment. He didn’t need alcohol, money or women to feel valued.
Looking inside at all his supposed imperfections and mind f*cks he found a long and winding road towards acceptance.
He has been meditating (also active meditations involving moving his body and using his voice) for over 30 years and he still gets stressed and anxious, BUT through meditation techniques he has the tools that help navigate his life in a healthy way. Meditation is the foundation on which he is built and he likes to share this passion with other people.
She is a transformational coach, mindful living & self-love guide. Previously an Occupational Therapist she brings a holistic approach to all of her endeavours. In touch with her inner playful child Louise loves walking barefoot on the land, hugging the beautiful oak trees & lives for expansive conversations that awaken new possibilities & perspectives.
Louise loves to co-create sessions, retreats, and groups at Leela.
He has spent over 17 years at The Humaniversity in The Netherlands and has been part of the team at Osho Leela since June 2019. Along with his intense life experience, he brings empathy, clarity and understanding to his work with people.
Originally from Zimbabwe, she has travelled extensively around the globe and now lives in Brighton, East Sussex. She loves music, dancing and being close to Nature.
She has a wealth of knowledge gained through personal life experience, which she imparts in a quiet, caring and sincere manner.

Price for 7-group Leela Life Training: £ 2,300 (includes dormitory accommodation & food for all workshops ).
Early Bird till August 18th: £ 1,950
You can also pay for the training in instalments – by paying a 20% deposit, followed by equal monthly payments that will complete before the start of the first group.
