Inner Peace, Inner Power

Active Meditations • Boundary Setting • Real-life Tools for Presence and Power

with Khalis & Kimaya

Thursday 2nd October – Sunday 5th October 2025

You don’t need fixing.

You need space to move, breathe, and come home to yourself.

That’s what this weekend is for.

Through active meditations, boundary work, honest connection, and movement that actually shifts things, you’ll create space to release what’s weighing you down

and tap back into what’s real, strong, and alive in you.

No forced smiles. No fluff.

Just real people, real tools, and a space to land.

This is not your average meditation retreat…

We won’t ask you to sit still in silence for hours.

Instead, We move. We breathe. We let go.

Expect dynamic practices that get you out of your head and into your body.

You’ll experience:

Active meditations inspired by the Osho tradition -safe, powerful, and energizing.

Social meditations inspired by Veeresh -connection, deep and surprisingly fun.

Group practices to explore boundaries, personal space, and expression.

Time to rest, reflect, and recharge in nature and nourishing community

A space where you can be yourself—no masks, no pressure.

Learn to feel, express, release and regulate tension and stress. Together with Kimaya’s intuitive guidance and Khalis’s explanation, it simply moves you into a deep journey of self-discovery and connection.

In this weekend workshop you will experience…

✅ To release stress and/or emotional overwhelm

✅ To reset your nervous system

✅ To build stronger boundaries

✅ To be aware of subtle energies in and around you

✅ To reconnect to your inner strength

✅ To feel more peace in your body and clarity in your mind

The Levels of Awareness:

What This Weekend is About…

This is about moving through different layers—from noise to stillness, from tension to truth.

Experiencing how you can stay centered, by changing your focus.

Becoming aware of your energy and your surroundings. How can you keep your energy with you?

Through active meditations, boundary practices, and real connection, we’ll move through the different levels of awareness:

1. Body – Move What’s Stuck

Shake, dance, breathe, sound—get back into your body.

We start by releasing stress and tension so you can feel your feet on the ground again.

Active meditations help you drop out of your head and into real presence.

2. Emotions – Let It Move Through

What have you been holding in? What wants to be expressed?

We create a safe space for raw emotion, sound, and release—without needing to explain or apologize.

This is where boundaries often begin: feeling what’s yours and what’s not.

3. Mind – Watch the Patterns

Thoughts aren’t the problem—identifying with them is.

We bring awareness to mental loops and inner narratives through witnessing and silence.

Here, the boundary is with the mind: “You are not your thoughts.”

4. Stillness – Rest in You

Beyond all the layers, there’s a space of quiet clarity.

We end in this place—not by forcing it, but by arriving there naturally through movement, breathe, release, and presence.

This is your inner peace—and your inner power.

Khalis
Khalis
In the mid 80’s Khalis left Glasgow depressed and possibly on his way to being an alcoholic. He was looking to find happiness out there in the big wide horizon. Travelling the world, he arrived in California and bumped into the world of Osho and meditation.

‘The answer wasn’t out there, it was in there.’

The ever-evolving discovery of the simple process of sitting and focusing on breathing brought him a sense of wonder, calm and empowerment. He didn’t need alcohol, money or women to feel valued.

Looking inside at all his supposed imperfections and mind f*cks he found a long and winding road towards acceptance.
He has been meditating (also active meditations involving moving his body and using his voice) for over 30 years and he still gets stressed and anxious, BUT through meditation techniques he has the tools that help navigate his life in a healthy way. Meditation is the foundation on which he is built and he likes to share this passion with other people.

Kimaya
Kimaya
Kimaya is a space holder, guide, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in energy work, meditation, and embodied transformation. Her journey began with Reiki and yoga, but a deeper call led her into emotional and energetic exploration through many practices such as Osho Active Meditations, Vipassana, Bodywork, Mystic Rose, darkness retreats.

Her path hasn’t been linear—it’s been lived, felt, and fiercely chosen. From years of self-inquiry and silence to moments of raw emotional release and deep embodiment, Kimaya has walked the terrain she now supports others to move through.

In 2015, a five-day Vision Quest brought her into a prolonged period of silence that changed the rhythm of her life, and continued to shape her presence and the spaces she holds.

Kimaya’s approach is holistic, intuitive, and grounded in the body. She offers space to move, breathe, feel, release, and invites people to come home to themselves, with honesty, humour, and the courage to meet what’s real.

“In the presence of silence, the gifts unfold.”

Kimaya shares:

Where meditation meets boundaries

“To me meditation doesn’t begin in stillness—it begins in the body. When you let yourself move, breathe, sound, and feel, space opens up. That’s where the real silence lives. It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home.”

Over the years, I’ve learned that embodiment isn’t just about finding peace, it’s also about finding your edges.

What’s okay for you, and what’s not. Where your energy is leaking, and how to reclaim it.

When we move and feel with awareness, we build a deeper relationship with ourselves. We learn to listen, to trust, to say yes from the inside, AND to say no from a place of love. Creating space to land in yourself, feel what’s true, and stand rooted in that.

When we’re disconnected from ourselves, boundaries feel like decisions we have to make. When we’re present, they become something the body naturally knows. Meditation brings us back to that knowing.

Khalis shares about his meditation experience

‘In my experience meditation is not the idealised hours of sitting in blissful nirvana but is the one, two, or three seconds during the day when you stop, take a deep breath, and bring your attention back to the present moment – (When you wash your hands, when you make a cup of coffee, when you’re waiting for the elevator) – instead of indulging in thinking, these are all opportunities for being there as a still, alert presence.’ ~Khalis

Khalis has been sharing his passion for meditation for over 10 years. His way of teaching is inspiring and fun.

What other people experienced…

No nonsense facilitators who know how to reach a person and flick switches.’

Khalis’s jokes and Kimaya’s calm energy and presence is a recipe for succes!’

‘Always a deep dive into meditation due to heartful experienced facilitators.’

Meet other people, meet yourself, meet silence…

‘The meditation took me to a place no other meditation has take me to.  I associate this to the process we went through the length of daily meditation and variety of techniques used.

I am now  in a different place to where I was when I arrived and exactly where I hoped to be.

I have clarity, peace and skills to return to peace quickly as soon as a challenge that disrupts the peace present.
I’m hopeful this effect of this immersion into meditation  workshop willnot dissipate and be forgotten as it feels like it’s been fully integrated and is a part of me now, as you made it so simple and easy to use in everyday life.
Thank you both for these peaceful moments for your skills and knowledge and dedication to your sharing of these  to support others.’
Beverly Strachan, Wales

“I have done lots of various meditations in my life and a couple of times with Kimaya. It seems like meditations led by her take me to another realm.

There’s something more happening, I can’t explain. I get deeper and move into bliss, peace, stillness and gratitude.

When I knew she’s running a weekend workshop together with Khalis. It was a no brainer, I just have to join.

Khalis’s jokes and Kimaya’s calm energy and presence is a recipe for succes. Can’t wait!”

Hanycka, participant Leela Life Training

Provided me with keys to explore my vulnerability, start releasing long held emotions and find my joy through dancing and active meditation.

A no nonsense facilitator who knows how to reach deep within a person and flick switches. Thoroughly recommend this facilitator.”
