This workshop will support you in understanding and letting go of old negative repressed feelings that you have been holding in this life and also from past lives.
These can be feelings such as anger, shame, unworthiness and guilt, making inner space for joy, celebration and connection.
These are very often ancestral wounds that are passed down from generation to generation.
If you look back in your family lineage, you may see that this is true.
Because of patriarchal oppression enforced for centuries, these deep seated fears have kept mostly women but also men enslaved and unable to really speak up and share their wisdom and gifts.
Healing Ancestral & Past Life Energies

This workshop will support you in understand through past life regression and ancestral work, old karmic patterns that you have brought into this life, such as old feelings of shame, unworthiness, guilt and other repressed emotions.
This is very often to do with our ancestral lineage that is passed down from generation to generation. If you look back in your family lineage, you may recognise this inside of yourself.
These traumas and wounds have kept mostly women, but also men, enslaved and unable to really share their wisdom and their gifts due to the patriarchal oppression which our society has enforced for centuries.
The deep seated fears our being holds are often unconscious.
By connecting to our subconscious and unconscious memories, we are able to identify the times when we experienced these traumatic and often violent incidents where we were shamed, belittled and fear was instilled in us.
So we get stuck on this karmic wheel of living a half life, playing safe and not living our full potential.
When these blocks are released, in a safe and supported space of the heart, and we allow ourselves to be vulnerable together with like-minded people, we begin to see that we are not who we believed we are.
In fact, we begin to see our beauty, our power and that we are loveable human beings, who have the right to create the life we aspire to.
In this workshop:

Past Life Regression
By connecting to our subconscious and unconscious memories, using past life regression techniques, we are able to remember the times when we experienced these traumatic, often violent incidents when we were shamed, belittled and put down and so, closed down this wise and magical part of us.
And so we live a life according to societies and others expectations, in a way living a half life but inside, longing to live our true potential.
When these old blocks are released, in a safe and supported space of the heart, and we allow ourselves to speak our truth and be vulnerable together with others on a similar journey, we begin to see that we are not who we believed we are, but much bigger. In fact we begin to see and feel our beauty and our power, affirmed by others, that we are loveable human beings that have the right to celebrate ourselves and create the life we aspire to.
