Emotional Wellbeing is the essential key to good mental health. How you feel on the inside effects how you relate to yourself and others. So much of our emotional history is controlling our lives.
In this workshop we will use emotional release, Schema technics and meditations, along with one-to-one sharing to help understand the hidden effects of trauma.
You will be given tools to take home and support the continued healing of historic wounds to feel safe to open your heart and improve your sense of wellbeing.
