Life is full of emotional challenges; the pressure to succeed, the fear of missing out and the longing for good relationships. These can create an unstable combination of emotions. We don’t really learn how to work with our emotions, but instead we block and suppress them. We can be unaware of the role that emotions create, both in physical suffering and healing. To be able free the mind we need to experience the emotions that we are holding onto and how these are effecting our body.

Emotional Wellbeing is about creating a healthy direction forward for you. Instead of being controlled by our unresolved emotional conflict, we will explore what stops you from being in a healthy response position instead of reacting from a dis-empowered place. From here we look at why you may not feel good enough, why you may self-sabotage and undermine yourself in life, so you can create new ways of thinking and feeling that support you to feel good about who you are and where you are going.

Are you ready to create a happier and healthier life?

Guided by Navajata, this weekend will use emotional release, Schema techniques, meditations, and one-to-one sharing to help you break free from old conditioning and embrace self-love and greater wellbeing.

You will develop your foundation of emotional awareness, self-worth and leave with tools to integrate this newfound knowledge into your daily life.

During this weekend, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Reflect, express and share your experience with others on a similar journey, so you feel supported to open up and start your healing process
  • Individual sharing to help you understand the hidden influences of conditioning from early years and you will be held in a supportive and nurturing group space
  • Learn how to release your emotions in a healthy way, take part in active meditations, and practise technique that will support you to build a healthier relationship with yourself
  • Learn and practice tools that you can take home to continue to support your journey of emotional wellbeing
The Emotional Wellbeing Workshop was emotional for all the right reasons. It was an incredible journey through many parts of us; the shadow, inner-child, self-saboteur. All of which I gained a deeper understanding of, insight into, and compassion for throughout the beautifully designed weekend with Navi and his team.
I was seen, heard and held through every part of the process by the facilitators and my peers. It was such an immersive and engaging experience; the release of deeply stored emotions made me feel so light, bursting with love, joy and gratitude for weeks after!
I highly recommend this soul enriching and powerful workshop to anyone and everyone!

During the Emotional Wellbeing Workshop I was guided to give more attention to my inner-child and learned ways of spending time with her and taking care of her. I realised that emotional wellbeing is as important as any other ‘wellbeing’, for instance physical fitness. I was presented with and tried different methods and tools of taking care of myself which I can now take forward in my life.

Navi and his team held a beautiful, safe container for looking deep into myself and understanding the behavioural patterns that weren’t serving me.

On Navajata’s life journey, he has experienced trauma and abuse which led to him spending many years studying himself and learning to heal the parts of him that were living in fear and needed his love and attention.

Navajata discovered his life pattern of self-sabotage and not feeling good enough, and has seen how this related to his abusive childhood. From this awareness, he healed this part and changed his life.

With this insight, and a range of training, Navajata now shares his wisdom of healing and recovery and guides you to be able to look, understand and learn to give yourself the love and care you need to heal.

Navajata is a Humaniversity therapist and consultant with more than 20 years experience as a therapist in the areas of Emotional Wellbeing, Anger Awareness, Responsibility and Addiction. His personal search started after an extreme life trauma and his heart began to open when he met Osho and then Veeresh at a time when he was battling with addiction.

He has spent over 17 years at The Humaniversity in The Netherlands and has been part of the team at Osho Leela since June 2019. Along with his intense life experience, he brings empathy, clarity and understanding to his work with people.
