Ancestral Womb Healing

Honouring The Mother Line

Thursday 4th December to Sunday 7th December

Held in Gaia Yurt

Sacred Winter workshop for Women

This workshop is a sacred container where women can return to the deep connection, wisdom, and love of the womb space.

Through movement, stillness, ritual, and sisterhood, we will create a space to explore, connect more deeply, and celebrate who we are.

We will weave and honour our female lineage from a place of compassion and respect.

When we reconnect with our womb space and our motherline, we return to a sense of wholeness.

From this place, we become more open to love, able to give and receive in ways that are healthy, balanced, and true.

We will be held by the sacred land of Leela and Gaia Yurt, where energetic ley lines cross, in nature, enhancing our healing journey and connection with Mother Earth

Why honouring the Feminine Lineage and Womb healing Matters Now

We are living in a world that has long asked women to disconnect, from their bodies, their cycles, their emotions, their intuition, and their power. The feminine has been silenced, dismissed, and devalued. But this is now changing, and we are part of this change.

The womb or womb space, physical or energetic, is a powerful emotional and ancestral center. It holds memory. It holds pain. It holds potential. It holds the light of creation.

Through conscious connection with our wombs, we can gently clear inherited patterns, release emotional residue, and reconnect with our sacred creative life force. Every time a woman listens to her womb, she heals a thread of the feminine, within herself and within the greater web of womanhood.

We will gently honour our female lineage, not by needing everything to be healed or forgiven, but by meeting what arises with honesty, compassion, and respect.

We will listen to the stories and beliefs that lives in our wombs and bodies, releasing what no longer serves, what is stopping us to be fully be, and to embrace all our parts, in an act of love and devotion to ourselves.

We don’t just inherit wounds: we also inherit resources, gifts, resilience, and wisdom from our female ancestors.

Beyond the personal, honoring the mother line also connects us with the Mother Earth, the Cosmic Mother, the universal womb of life.

We are not alone, we are part of all.

Healing with the Elements and the Mother Lineage

During the workshop, we will work with the elements of nature through movement and rituals as gateways into healing. Each one offers wisdom, balance, and support as we honour the lineage and return to wholeness.

Earth: The Body – The Mother – Grounding
We will deepen our connection with Mother Earth and with our physical body through grounding practices, body awareness, and the exploration of womb consciousness.

Water: The Emotions – The Flow – Release
We will move with the water to wash away what is no longer ours to carry, creating space for softness, renewal, and compassion.

Air: The Voice – The Mind – Her Story
What does the womb want to say? We will give voice to the feminine, reclaiming the right to speak, express, and know.

Fire: The Spirit – The Heart – The Sacred Flame
The fire of transformation, passion, and soul truth. We will re-connect with our inner flame and the Divine Feminine.

Divine Feminine : Mother Earth, Mary, Mary Magdalene and the Rose Medicine
These archetypes figures and energies will be guiding and protecting us all the journey.

Experiences

“Amiya, I wanted to thank you for the beautiful experience we shared on your natural vitality course. I loved your unique combination of healing modalities and learning about different tools I can use in my life, many of which I’m continuing on with after the course. I also so appreciated your gentle and supportive approach which made me feel welcomed, valued and at home. You created a safe container in which to express, be heard and learn from each other. Thank you again and I’m looking forward to more”
Caroline

‘The session with Amiya Pilar gave me the opportunity to have some time for myself and reflection. With the focus of nature, this gave me time to hear my breathing and stretch with guidance alongside free time to express through dance and how I interpreted the music. I need more of this in my life as the one area I always neglect is myself’

Helen, Occupational Therapist

‘Thank you so much for a beautiful session, wow! Definitely was a journey, thank you for holding the space, I am truly grateful to have been a part of it. Lots of nourishment came and also quite a bit of tenderness. Today I have to be a lot more gentle with myself, and coming to realise that body was clearly saying that I need to write more about my journey with my body and dancing. Truly grateful for this is what the universe was confirming me to do next’
