Osho Leela Refund & Cancellation Policy

For events and workshops the cancellation policy applicable to the event you have booked will be set out on your booking form. In most cases it is the following:

Weekend Workshop/Retreat Participants: If you cancel a workshop booking giving more than 30 days’ notice, we will charge an administration fee of 10% of your total booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment.

If you cancel a workshop booking between 30 and 7 days before the start of the event, we will charge an administration fee of 20% of your total booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment.

If you cancel a workshop booking less than 7 days before the start of the event, we will charge an admin fee of 50% of your total booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment.

If you cancel once the group has started or fail to show without giving us notice we reserve the right to retain full payment.

Residential programs e.g. Living in the Buddhafield – if cancelled more than 7 days before the start of your stay, we will charge an administration fee of 20% of your total weekly booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment. If cancelled less than 7 days before the start of your stay, we will charge an admin fee of 50% of your total weekly booking price (per person) and refund the balance of your payment.

Leela Life Training – if you have paid for the full training and then decide to stop after only some of the groups have taken place, the training fee you paid will be refunded, minus the full cost of the groups you have attended (not the discounted trainee price) and a £50 admin fee.  If you have booked the whole training and are unable to attend one of the workshops, there will be no refund but a replacement group in the following training will be offered. For individual workshop bookings, please refer to the Events and Workshops policy above.

Leela Tantra Experience Training – We understand that sometimes plans change, and it is necessary to cancel enrolment in a course. We are here to help you. Because this Training has limited places, and we usually have a waiting list, please take note of our cancellation policy:

– If you cancel your place on The LTE Training more than one month before the start of the training, we will charge an administration fee of 20% of your total booking price and refund the balance of your payment/s.

– If you cancel your place between 29 days and 7 days before the LTE starts, we will charge an administration fee of 35% of your total booking price and refund the balance of your payment/s.

– If you cancel your place 7 days or less before the LTE starts, we will charge an administration fee of 70% of your total booking price and refund the balance, or you have the option to do the Training next year.

– If a cancellation request is received once the program has started, your payment is non-refundable but you have the option to do the Training the next year.

Where events have an option to pay in instalments and this option is selected, the amount and date of each instalment is clearly stated before and during the checkout process. Proceeding with the check out process indicates your agreement with this schedule. If you select the payment by instalments option and payments are not paid to the agreed schedule, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and charge an admin fee in accordance with the above cancellation policy.

If a different cancellation policy applies to any event, this will be set out on the booking form.

Refund policy

Refunds will be given according to the above Cancellation Policy. Refunds are given using the same as the original payment method, i.e. an online payment can only be refunded via our online payment gateway.
