This is a time of year when many people can start to feel “down,” lacking motivation and joie-de-vivre. Increasing clinical research is showing that Body-movement, Emotional Expression and Sharing can really help people jump right out of Depression and into a more capable and empowered state of mind. This weekend will be an opportunity to experience these approaches.
Any you don’t need to be depressed to join! If you’re interested in Anger or Emotional Expression then this is also the workshop for you. Suitable for all experience levels
