Journey of the Sacred Feminine
Your Sacred Path & Practice with Amiya
Thursday 13th March to Sunday 16th March
Join Amiya & the Sacred Feminine Team for this 3 day weekend Gathering.
Are you yearning for more connection with your female body and female essence?
Do you feel that you easily give to others but struggle to honour your own needs?
Do you long to connect deeply with the sacredness in life?
Would you like to feel more joyful, vital and peaceful?
About Your Sacred Path & Practice:
This is a very special journey to reconnect with our female essence, joy and vitality.
SACRED BODY : SACRED VESSEL
When we treat our BODY as sacred, we are reconnecting with our deepest truth and divine nature; from this place we can create daily self-care practices that are more meaningful, loving and sacred.
‘One of the most powerful acts a woman can make is to honour her body and her root as sacred’ from Wild feminine Tami Lynn Kent
One way to rediscover the sacred in the everyday is by creating rituals for life. Rituals teach us how to live more intentionally and creatively, helping us to restore connections with nature, self and others.
‘Ritual is to the soul what the food is for the physical body’ Sobonfu Some
During this weekend we will do rituals to honour our body, feminine and cyclic nature.
We will travel with the elements of earth, water, air, and fire; we will connect to the sacred land and co-create rituals in nature to honour the feminine way, rewilding our hearts and bodies.

FEMALE ESSENCE – WOMB and HEART
The female body has distinct physical traits, energy centres and hormones that require special attention.
The womb is an incredible energy centre, and is one of the heart of our female energies and creative power.
(Please note that even if you have had a hysterotomy or one of your ovaries removed, you can still cultivate her energy. The body always remembers).
~~~~~~~~~~
Why do we need to care about the womb?
When the energy is blocked at the root level, either by physical tension, emotional trauma, emotional burden, energy imbalances, it inhibits the energy flow in your life causing blocks in your vitality and creativity.
The womb is a very receptive space that often holds old patterns, emotions, habits, memories and day to day stress.
During the weekend we will be bringing awareness to the womb and heart, to support you to release emotions, bring awareness and deepen self love.
This journey involves deeply listening to your body and balancing and healing all aspects of your being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Healing in sisterhood
We no longer need to heal alone, we are doing this together, in sisterhood.
You will take away:
- A renewed sense of connection to your body
- Rituals and practices to use at home
- Deeper felt boundaries around what serves you in your self-care
- An inner knowing of which practices are the best for you, in connection with your needs
- A softening of the ‘shoulds’ that keep you stuck in self-judgement
Experiences
“Amiya, I wanted to thank you for the beautiful experience we shared on your natural vitality course. I loved your unique combination of healing modalities and learning about different tools I can use in my life, many of which I’m continuing on with after the course. I also so appreciated your gentle and supportive approach which made me feel welcomed, valued and at home. You created a safe container in which to express, be heard and learn from each other. Thank you again and I’m looking forward to more”
