Inner Authority isn’t about volume. It’s about grounded presence, clear boundaries, and a voice that carries strength and kindness at the same time.
This weekend is for women who are ready to stop shrinking, stop over-explaining, stop abandoning themselves — and begin leading from embodied truth.
It takes courage to live authentically.
Often, what holds us back are unexpressed emotions stored in the body.
This weekend is about releasing, remembering, and reclaiming.
During this workshop we will…
You are not coming to learn something new.
You are coming to remember who you were before you were shaped, silenced, made smaller, made agreeable, made polite, made acceptable.
This work invites a deep return to your instinctual core, where the belly anchors your sense of safety, boundaries, and inner authority. As this centre awakens, the channel to the throat heals and strengthens, allowing your needs and truth to be expressed with clarity and embodied power.
This is the Forbidden Path:
- The path where women are no longer ruled by shame.
- The path where your body is your authority.
- The path where your voice is no longer negotiated.
- The path where boundaries are not defended — they are lived.
- The path where leadership comes from presence, not performance.
This weekend is a crossing point.
The Weekend
Here we awaken the element of Earth: grounding, stability, boundaries, body-truth, and the first shedding of an old identity.
Through ceremony, shadow work, ancestral clearing, emotional release and embodied boundary practices, we enter the place where women remember who they are beneath generations of conditioning.
We will work with:
- A threshold ritual of release
- Earthing practices for grounding and boundaries
- Ancestral shame, guilt & suppression
- Emotional expression & somatic truth
- Voice, presence & embodied Inner Authority
- Clear, kind boundaries and authentic communication
You will be held through elemental ritual, body-based healing, and earth practices that support you to hold more life force, truth, and leadership in your system.

The Forbidden Path Initiation Facilitators:
Meet Sanjula:
Sanjula is a deeply experienced facilitator trained over many years at Humaniversity under the guidance of Veeresh. She specialises in working with women, supporting emotional expression, empowerment, and deep healing. Her work is grounded in Shamanic deep healing bodywork and extensive experience facilitating and assisting primal groups. Sanjula runs Empowerment for Women workshops at Leela and brings a grounded, heart-led presence shaped by her own healing journey, particularly in the art of forgiveness within family relationships.
Meet Abhi:
Abhi is a heartful friend and has been part of the Leela Workshops staff since 2019. A certified Bioenergetics facilitator from the Italian Academy A.I.O.C., she is deeply passionate about body-based therapy and regularly practices and facilitates Bioenergetics both within Leela and beyond. Abhi’s bodywork focuses on releasing unprocessed emotions and softening the armours and chronic holding patterns that restrict the natural flow of energy and aliveness in the body. She brings vibrant enthusiasm, sensitivity, a grounded presence, and a genuine thirst for life into the community.

The Forbidden Path is a series of workshops for women who are ready to reclaim the power, pleasure, intuition and embodied truth that have been buried under centuries of silencing.
This series of workshops are elemental, ritualised, emotionally honest and mythically rooted in the feminine mysteries: Earth (Initiation), Water (Emotion), Fire (Desire), Air (Voice) and Ether (Wisdom & Gift).
Whilst walking this path you will be primed, held and guided into deeper layers of your body, psyche and soul.
The series of workshops include nervous system care, emotional expression, erotic innocence, ancestral unwinding, shadow work, embodiment, womb healing practices, sisterhood circles, and sacred encounters with the parts of you you were taught to hide… the sensual woman, the intuitive woman, the angry woman, the radiant woman, the wise elder, the gifted healer.
You will receive integration tools, assignments between workshops, support before and after each workshop, offering women’s sharing circles and juicy sessions keeping the theme and connection. The journey calls in women who are ready to walk the path all the way: through the underworld, through the garden, through their lineage, through their rage, through their pleasure, and into their fullness.
