Are you happy with your relationships? Do you feel that you are honest and authentic with what you need from your lovers, friends and family?

Many relationships break down through miscommunications and the unwillingness to open our hearts when we get hurt. It can be easy to blame the other instead of taking responsibility for how we feel.

In this workshop, you’ll explore your feelings within a safe and held environment to help you learn new communication skills. You’ll explore what you need, while learning to listen to the other.

You’ll discover how you can create fulfilling relationships through practising honest relating.

You’ll learn how to stand in your own power and speak your truth with love!

The Leela Life Training is a 7-workshop program specifically designed and delivered over 7 months to support you in your personal growth and development.

This training offers you a safe, loving and supportive environment to let go of any negative patterns and conditioning which have been sabotaging your relationships, creating frustration, anger and repression.

By participating in the Speaking My Truth workshop you will learn to:

● Create authentic and honest Friendships and Relationships.
● Create Confidence around Love Relationships.
● Learn to fully express all your emotions.
● Accept that you are a beautiful and loveable person.

8th – 11th December 2022: Empowerment Intensive with Bavo and Navanita

10th – 12th February 2023: Man / Woman Alive with Navajata, Bart, Tarisha & Premal
10th – 12th March 2023: Intimacy and Relating with Amura
14th – 16th April 2023: Celebration Weekend with Bavo, Sanjula, Amura and The Leela Life Training Team

Facilitator

Sanjula

Sanjula has been trained for many years at Humaniversity under the guidance of Veeresh. She specialises in working with women. She is also trained in Shamanic deep healing bodywork. She runs Empowerment for Women workshops at Osho Leela and has a young son. Sanjula has assisted and run primal groups for many years. Through her own healing, she has really learnt the art of forgiveness with her family.
