Sweat Lodge Weekend
A shamanic experience through the Four Winds and the Native American Sweat Lodge
with Ranjana & friends
Thursday 23 April – Sunday 26 April
This retreat is an invitation to return to nature, both within and around us.
It is a journey through the four directions of the Andean Medicine Wheel, inspired by the Four Winds, the four elements, the four seasons, and the four moon cycles, together with the experience of the Native American Sweat Lodge from the Northern lineage.
The rhythms of nature offer direction and meaning to our lives. The Sweat Lodge supports a deep process of purification and integration, bringing us back into contact with what is whole.
In ancestral cultures, human beings lived as Tribe, guided by the rhythms of nature and sensing the presence of the Great Spirit in trees, animals, plants, minerals, and one another. Life was met with reverence, respect, and care, rather than seen as something to be exploited for profit, as often happens in modern society.
The Cosmo-Vision invites us to remember this way of living: reconnecting with the Tribe, where each person is valued, respected, and recognised for their unique contribution to the whole.
Nature and Cosmo-Vision are one.
Through this connection, we see our planet, Mother Earth, as part of the greater cosmos, and the human being as an earthly expression of the stars.

This experience is an opportunity to feel alive in your body, embrace nature within, feel deep gratitude for the gift of life and start living and honouring your own destiny and soul calling.
The Universal Womb
We enter the lodge, The Universal Womb, with respect and humbly to feel the magnificence of Mother Earth and nature.
In the Lodge, you will experience the power and the sweetness of the four elements; earth, water, fire, and air.
An experience to go deeply into your being through four rounds of The Sweat Lodge.
Hot volcanic rocks are placed in the center, and water is poured over the rocks to produce steam.
Herbs, typically sage or copal, are added to aid the cleansing and experiential process.
You can receive healing, tribal unity, love, expansion in nature, and a vast silence.

What participants say:
During the summer I was fireman at the Sweat Lodge in the grounds of Osho Leela. The Sweat Lodge was facilitated by two Shaman, Ranjana and Tarisha with great love and awareness. I was helped at the fire by my friend Mel, together we collected the logs and gathered the rocks. We laid the fire a big cradle in line with entrance of SL. The participants were led in some beautiful rituals that connected us all. Then they all placed a rock on the fire, and we lit the fire, a truly magical moment. After two or more hours the rocks were red hot. When the Shaman were ready hot rocks were passed into the lodge one by one. what an experience for us outside tending the fire and rocks. Thank you.
Participating in a Sweat lodge ceremony, held by Ranjana and (Tarisha) I found to be a deeply profound experienceGoing through the discomfort of the heat, with others was a very bonding and supportive environment
During the different rounds we were supported by chanting, singing & drumming, allowing me to surrender and let go more into meditation and connection with myself
It was a beautiful experience sitting on the earth, under the stars and by the fire, fully immersed in nature.
The ceremony left me feeling cleansed both physically and emotionally, and my spirit feeling vibrant and alive.
I’ve now experienced three beautiful workshops by Ranjana. In each case, it was a magical experience, a really wonderful sense that you were benefiting from the wisdom of different ancient practices, all of which explored the same fundamental truths about the masculine and the feminine. In the two workshops where I was with my partner, Ranjana’s wonderful facilitation helped us become even closer, and discover new ways to connect. We were no longer simply ourselves, but somehow tapped into a universal energy that manifested itself in our bodies. It really was special.
My experience with Ranjana was powerful, the Tantra workshop raised my awareness to the feminine energy which is within me. I felt energized, confident and had a lot of fun! It was easy to dive into it and let go. Ranjana is a great teacher, caring and passionate. I recommend this workshop to everyone. Thank you!
