This therapeutic retreat will not only support you in being able to process both the emotional and physical impact of trauma but will also explore how you have learnt to cope with trauma and the impact this is having on your life today.
Over this weekend you will leave with a better understanding of how your way to cope with trauma has helped you survive but are now unhelpful and damaging in your life. By learning how to break the cycle of our Fight, Flight, Freeze Stress Responses, we can learn how to live in a way which brings us more fulfilment and empowerment in your life.
