After our sold-out Ecstatic Dance Festival® in July last year, we are very excited to announce another Ecstatic Dance retreat in Spring 2025!
A retreat devoted to Ecstatic Dance, Embodiment, and a Down-to-Earth Spirituality. It’s Ecstatic Dance plus much, much more!!
The Spring retreat will be more of a personal growth retreat than a festival. It is simply an invitation into bringing more fun, joy, depth, and expansion into our lives through a variety of transformational workshops.
Make the most of the beautiful Spring time of year and enjoy all that comes with it -the fresh air, flower blossoms, nature coming to life, lovely atmosphere and a lot more that we’ve included in this transformational Spring retreat!

What to expect?
- Beautiful 3x dance & workshops spaces: Marquee, Yurt, Zorba (weather permitting, we will also run workshops outdoors, surrounded by nature, spring flowers and ancient oak trees)
- A variety of Transformational Embodiment, Wellbeing, Movement and Ecstatic Dance workshops with our main facilitators Seth Newman & Diana Upite (Active Meditations, Breathwork, Bioenergetics, Conscious Touch, Hugging, Singing, Cacao Ceremonies, Sound Journeys, Authentic Movement, Ecstatic Dance and much more!)
- Additional workshops with guest facilitators, musicians and DJ’s
- Saunas, Cold Plunges & Campfires

(Bodywork session sign ups: at the retreat’s notice board, pay cash/card in advance directly to therapists. Please note – most sessions will be in a shared indoor space ‘Shankara’ divided by currtains and there will also be one or two private bodywork rooms.
