Ratu Bagus is an Energy Master who lived and taught shaking meditation in his ashram in Bali. Also known as Bio Energy Meditation or Shaking Yoga, this meditation works on freeing and strengthening our natural life energy. This practice connects us with our soul and with nature. It can clear the blocks that prevent us from living a healthy and happy life.
During this event:
There will be group shaking sessions, three on Saturday and two on Sunday. Saturday evening is a sitting meditation
Shaking training happens fully clothed, standing up and focussing on an Altar at the front of the room where a photo of Ratu is placed. The photo of Ratu is used to focus ourselves and our energy. Ratu’s picture carries energy and is a magic mirror helping us to feel ourself, our body, emotions and to stay out of thinking. The way out of thinking is through feeling ourself inside so that our natural bio-energy may heal us by releasing blocks.

So many have trained with Ratu gaining happiness, young, old, weak, strong it doesn’t matter where we start. When we focus our bio-energy inside we recognise our connection to source inside.
Ratu keeps teaching us that we are all spiritual beings, created by a spark of God’s light, our soul. We all come from the same source and we will return there at the end of our lives. Our souls are all the same, eternally young, only our bodies are different. What separates us from our source is our polluted mind, full of negative sentiments and bad memories. This mind is our greatest obstacle to happiness. It is the reason for all illness and suffering. It darkens the bright light of our soul.
