But don’t take our word for it, here’s what people said about the last one…

It was a real surprise to feel the sense of presence and connection that grew throughout the whole weekend.’

Very heart-opening, relaxing and grounding weekend. I felt very connected to the community and to Osho and I enjoyed trying out new meditations that I had not done before.’

It was great, so much effort and thought put into it, lots of support from more experienced sanyassins, good to be around people who have been doing Osho meditations for so long. It was warm, supportive, nurturing and fun. Loved the live music. Loved the meditations and the sharings.’

‘The Osho talks were perfectly selected and I thought the timing was great too…leaving space to process things/shower/eat etc.’

‘Apart from the lack of hugs….I really did feel like I was in Zorba at times…lost in the dance!’

This Retreat is suitable for everyone – those who are new to Osho’s Meditations, those who know them well, and all points in between. These are active meditations devised by Osho for today’s world and involve dance, sound, movement and expression.

OSHO® MEDITATION Facilitation Course

Join us for this unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of OSHO Meditations. Learn the skills and gain the confidence to introduce them to others, be it with friends, in a meditation centre or spa, in your business or in another professional setting. The focus is on in-depth content and how best to share it with others.

We will cover the following topics:

  • What is meditation?
  • Who/what is Osho/OSHO?
  • The unique approach and ‘climate’ around OSHO meditations
  • The many OSHO Active Meditations In-Depth: the science behind each of them, the essence of their steps, the vital points that make all the difference
  • Short OSHO meditations for your day and to use as a facilitator
  • The role of the facilitator and guidelines for facilitating
  • Your own questions and how to respond to meditator’s questions
  • Grounding, relaxed communication, equipment use, presentation practice.

It will be good for you also. This is my observation, that there are many things that you learn only when you start teaching them. The best way to learn a thing is to teach it. Osho

The course is facilitated by Vatayana, who is a certified meditation trainer at the OSHO International Meditation Resort in Pune, India, where she has taken part in Work as Meditation for more than 25 years. The main focus of her work is coordinating OSHO Global Connections. Breaking Free From Depression and Anxiety

If you suffer from depression or anxiety, you are far from alone. Depression affects 300 million people worldwide and the numbers are similar for anxiety. But there is hope! Here’s a refreshing take on depression and what you can do about it from Devaraj, one of Osho Leela’s therapists and workshop leaders. Recognise these thoughts? What’s the point? It’s not worth it. It doesn’t matter what I do, anyway. When you’re depressed, a bodily feeling…

Want to Meet your Real Self? Bioenergetics Can Help

Bioenergetics is a radical way to release you from the effects of trauma and conditioning so that you can feel as free and light as a feather. The idea behind it is that our muscle system holds all that we’ve repressed. So, when doing Bioenergetics, we put our body into certain positions which allows us to release these tensions. We increase our breathing – in and out through the mouth and from the belly –…

The Millennial Generation – We’ve never had so much freedom, but are we free?

Google ‘millennial’ and you’ll find countless articles telling you that our age cohort is lazy, narcissistic and spoilt. Apparently, no generation has ever had it as easy – maybe we have it too easy. We are told we have it all, that we’re frivolous and uncommitted, hopping from job to job, wanting full flexibility. We are shallow, valuing money, fame and image over self-acceptance and community. Worst of all, we aren’t having sex! On…
