In this weekend we will create a bubble of positivity in which to stretch, BREATHE and heal. Yoga creates a wonderful feeling of well being and you don’t have to be experienced to to reap the benefits. Sivananda/Vinyasa flow style yoga.

Great company, good music, mantras, healthy veg food, (we will eat together), and plenty of time to chill in nature.

The optional early morning meditations will ground and centre you allowing your natural joy to flow. You will leave us feeling de-stressed, with a renewed feeling of enthusiasm for yourself and your life. The usual warm and friendly Leela welcome awaits you. See you there! See you there!
