Two yoga classes a day (Sivananda/Vinyassa Flow) including partner and restorative yoga in the afternoons. Early morning meditations, (optional). Accent on celebration of life and who you are right now. Mature, experienced teacher. We will eat together so you can come alone and make new friends. Plenty of time to chill.
