This might the perfect weekend to connect with yourself and to experience our loving community. \nIf you are an old friend of Leela and you would like to revisit and have space for yourself in the weekend. This is also the week end for you. \nYou will come away from this weekend workshop with practices and healing tools to increase your self-care and feel more connected with your body. \nYoga\, Meditation & Healing with Sanjula\nThis will be a weekend to practice and nourish yourself with a gentle yoga series. To meditate and learn some basic healing tools to take home with you. It will support you to rest and to let go of stress\, so you can return home feeling rested. \nSanjula has been learning meditation and healing practices from Osho and different healing schools. If you have never been to Osho Leela this is a perfect weekend to dip your toes in to see what the community is all about. If you are an old friend of Leela and you would like to revisit and have a nourishing space for yourself this weekend is for you. \nOn this weekend workshop you will experience: \n\nInner Smile Meditation\nHealing & Massage \nSharing Circle\nMental Field Therapy\nGentle yoga practise\n\nAbout Sanjula\nSanjulaSanjula has been trained for many years at Humaniversity under the guidance of Veeresh. She specialises in working with women. She is also trained in Shamanic deep healing bodywork. She runs Empowerment for Women workshops at Osho Leela and has a young son. Sanjula has assisted and run primal groups for many years.
