Bhakti Gathering 2024

~ Being of service in times of crisis ~

the Bhakti Gatherings

Please join us for the QUEEN OF BHAKTI GATHERINGS here at the Osho Leela Centre in Dorset

Friday 3rd May 2nd to Monday 6th May 2024

Whatever our beliefs, we can all agree that our world is at a turning point. In Vedic tradition, these times were predicted as the Kali Yuga

– the age of the demon Kali –

(not to mistaken with the divine goddess Kali)

Being alive in these times is challenging.

Many of us want to know how to live with meaning and purpose in this age of violence, confusion and uncertainty.

It’s tempting to spend our energy pointing the finger at others, and no doubt, these times call for accountability. But in focusing our energy outward, we can miss the opportunity to be of service to those in need.

But in despairing, we can miss the opportunity to be of help.

Don’t miss this opportunity

Sri Muniraji

In this gathering, we will celebrate the example of Sri Muniraji.

He was a sage who inspired many of the people who organise the Bhakti Gathering.

He was a living example of how to stay steady during the storms of life, how to balance family and business, even political action, with deep spiritual practice.

He lived in a crowded, polluted town yet his home was a sanctuary. He guided many souls but was mainly silent.

He was a Guru but had no website or social media presence!

He transmitted love and had to face human grief too…

Sri Muniraji

These gatherings are meaningless without you!

Together, we bring out the best in ourselves and each other through simple practices and community living.

Please feel welcome to join us….

The Bhakti Gathering offers a flavour of ancient vedic way of life. It’s an antidote to the individualistic culture which has been thrust upon us. Questions like “do I belong?” or “am I good enough?”, a preoccupation in many western healing modalities, melt away through these humbling practices which generate the feelings of “how can I contribute” and “we are all in this together”.

Details:

The event is run by volunteers, and we’ve intentionally kept the ticket prices as low as possible, to cover fixed costs. This is the ethos of the event – in most cultures, you can’t put a price tag on such gatherings of the heart.

Of course we have to cover our fixed costs. We are all contributing to make it possible!
